Screamers Costumes Return Policy for Online Orders:
We will accept returns that are unworn/unused with all the original accessories, are in new and resalable condition, and are in the original retail packaging within 14 days of receiving the package.
We do not offer free returns. When returning an item please make sure the return package has tracking info as we are not held responsible if your return package becomes lost in transit back to us. Once we receive your item back we will process your return and send you an email confirmation. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
**Some items are not returnable for hygienic reasons, these items are makeup, hats, wigs, beards, mustaches, masks, prosthetics, teeth, and hosiery.**

Return Policy for In-store Purchases:
All sales are final. We will make exceptions in the rare case your item is defective and we will replace the item with the same item purchased or replace it with a substitute item if original item becomes unavailable. No money will be refunded, we will do an even exchange.
