Q: When will you ship my item?
A: We will ship out your item fast! In most cases your item will ship the same day or the very next. Sometimes there is a delay and it could take up to 48 hours. Sundays and Holidays excluded but items will be shipped out on the first business day after a Holiday. We ship via USPS so we will even ship items out on Saturdays!
On the rare occasion that an item you bought becomes out of stock we will immediately notify you via email and issue a refund.
Q: What shipping services do you offer?
A: We ship via USPS and offer: Parcel Select 2-9 day transit time, Priority 2-3 day transit time, and Priority Express which is Overnight to most areas.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we will ship your order via US Priority International Mail 7-10 business days. If you need your order sooner please email us for a shipping quote. You also may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges, and we don't know how much they will amount to.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes, we accept returns for online orders, you must notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise with the reason for return, and obtain a return authorization number. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted. Any returns sent without an RA# will not be accepted.
Some items are not returnable for hygienic reasons, these items are: makeup, hats, wigs, beards, moustaches, masks, prosthetics, teeth and hosiery.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition. We are very strict on this. We inspect every return thoroughly for signs of wear. If you wear it, stretch it out, or otherwise damage it, please don't return it.
You must include the entire costume with all its parts, plus the original packaging. If the costume, its parts, or the original packaging are not in perfect, unused condition, no credit will be issued.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Q: Do you have a retail location?
A: Yes we do, we are open year round to the public in Clinton Twp. MI at 15 Mile and Gratiot in the Regional Shopping Center
Q: What are your business hours?
A: January-August: Monday-Saturday 11am-6pm and Closed on Sunday
September (Starting after Labor Day): Monday-Saturday 11am-8pm, Sunday Noon-5pm
October: Monday-Saturday 10am-9pm, Sunday 11am-6pm
November-December:Monday-Saturday 11am-6pm and Closed on Sunday
